Wayzim has released the 10K Small Parcel Singulator, the first automatic singulator system with a sorting capacity of 10,000 pieces/hour in China.

As the system is capable of adjusting position, separation and intelligent queuing, it can be applied as the front-end of an automatic sorting system to improve an operation’s efficiency. The system can automatically convey and sort a variety of items, from small envelopes to cargo up to 30kg, through high-intensity handling. Sortation System Warehouse

With a sorting efficiency of 92% or higher, it can efficiently handle stacked and mixed parcels and identify visually at speeds up to 2m/s. Additionally, its visual identification system collects information and controls space by separating the batch stacking of mixed items into a single piece. The system also features a rejection balance wheel consisting of an independent drum motor and servo motor, enabling a compact layout.
